Fitcamp is specialized group fitness training in which participants engage in a variety of high intensity exercises in rapid succession using various objects, their own body weight, and the natural challenges of the terrain of various outdoor settings. Superhuman Fitness values camaraderie, fun and enjoyment, but it also realizes that RESULTS MATTER. Fitcamp is an extension of and embodies all of those values.
