Personal Training - Starter Session

  • 60-90 minute meeting (depending on your needs) in your home, office, or other convenient location, available island-wide
  • Consultation regarding your current health status, activity levels, lifestyle needs and challenges, and fitness goals
  • Custom-tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness level, needs, and available space, equipment, etc. (although I can show you incredibly effective workouts with ZERO equipment necessary!)
  • Nutritional counseling and support
Starter sessions are available either on a one-time basis or periodically as often as you would like if you feel you need the occasional check-up or re-direction.

60-90 minute starter session = $60
