Fitcamp Training Options


Real RESULTS, real FUN at FITCAMP!
Fitcamp combines the camaraderie, motivation and fun of outdoor group exercise, a well-qualified and dedicated fitness professional, and highly effective workouts that utilize your body as the primary machine + the natural challenges of the terrain.  Train at Fitcamp to get the life-changing fitness results you are looking for in 2013!

Basics
  • 1-hour training sessions (includes warm-up and stretching/cool-down) at various outdoor locations islandwide, held twice per week at each location.
  • Constantly changing, total body workouts using a wide range of training techniques but with very minimal equipment (always provided).  All workouts and exercises are adaptable to almost any fitness level.
  • Small training groups (10 participant maximum) to maximize trainer-client interaction and personalized attention to needs.
  • Access to Superhuman's wide range of accountability and success tools to help you achieve results that last.

Costs
  • Monthly rate - $80 (8 sessions)
  • 6-month pre-pay rate - $400 (1 month free!)
  • 12-month pre-pay rate - $800 (2 months free!)
  • Drop-in rate - $15 per session (may be purchased in bulk)

Locations and Schedule
Fitcamp groups train all over Oahu at various parks and beaches.  If you don't see a location/time below that works for you, please contact Superhuman - suggestions for new Fitcamp locations and times are always being considered!

Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Open location TBA (Suggestions? First come, first served!) - 6:00-7:00 a.m.
  • Open location TBA (Suggestions? First come, first served!) - 7:00-8:00 a.m.
  • Kahala (Hunakai Park) - 3:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Ala Moana Beach Park Group 1 - 5:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Ala Moana Beach Park Group 2 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Kapolei Regional Park Group 1 - 6:30-7:30 a.m.
  • Central Oahu Regional Park (CORP) Group 1 - 2:30-3:30 p.m.
  • Central Oahu Regional Park (CORP) Group 2 - 3:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Kapolei Regional Park Group 2 - 5:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Kapolei Regional Park Group 3 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
