GOAL - to help 1000 people by the end of 2013 to reach their individual health and fitness goals...how can I help YOU?
Yes, I do this for a living, but even more importantly than that, I do it because I enjoy it and passionately believe that I have a lot to offer folks in the way of facilitating positive change towards a more active and healthy lifestyle. But to take that a step even further, I believe such a lifestyle can actually be an underlying foundational agent for positive change in so many aspects of our lives. This individual change will in turn positively impact so many things in our homes and in society, even things that are seemingly unrelated to fitness. So I've set this 1000 person goal, which I guess you could call my "change the world" angle, to help as many people as I can.
Despite this goal, however, for me being a fitness professional comes down to serving and helping "the ONE." Contact me today and let's talk about how I can help YOU!
<----See that? That's called giving you MORE. Sign up today for Superhuman Fitness's FREE bi-monthly e-newsletter. The first issue is scheduled to be published on October 1st, and will contain tons of useful information to help inspire, motivate, and direct you as you reach for your fitness goals. The latest research, exercise tips and tweaks, exercise instruction, applied exercise anatomy and physiology, nutrition helps and healthy recipes...sign up today for all of that and more, delivered to your inbox twice a month!
